Lion Dhirajlal Ranparia was born on 15th Jan. 1952 in a small village near Jetpur. He is a graduate from Saurashtra University - Rajkot in B.A. (English). He is a self-made person and has carved his unique personality and position in Jetpur.

As a successful Industrialist, he completed & despatched 6000 Nos. of "Super Quality Cotton Sarees" per day to India's various big City-Markets.

Social Service has remained his first Love. He joined Lionism in 1983. During 1983-2001, he served as an active Lion and 1st V. P. He was the president of his club in 2001 -02. He got "Best of the Best President Award" of District, "Jivadaya District Award", "Animal Care Multiple Award", 100% Int. president Award, "Mahavir Jivdaya Award" (Proud of Guj.) with Rs. 50000 cash puraskar & "Prashasti-Patra" handed over by Shri Narendra Modi, (C. M. Gujarat State). He got 19 Awards within a year, after this he became Best Zone Chairman, Second Best Region Chairman of Multiple, Best Cabinet Secretary. He is a hard worker and has a vision for various Social Activities, Animal Services, and to serve the masses. Thus he holds many prestigious positions in Lionism.

He is associated as a Director since last 10 years with the famous organisation named "Shree Jetpur Dyeing & Printing Association". Also, a Lifetime Trustee in the biggest Education Foundation of Jetpur "Shree Sardar Patel Kanya Kelavni Trust.

His Life-Partner is Lion Manjula and has one Daughter Sangita, two sons Leo Nilesh, Leo Anil, Daughter in Law Ritu & 3 grand Children.
