Lion S. P. Shetty born in 1955 in Karnataka and was brought up in Bombay. He has graduated from Bombay University and migrated to Gandhidham in 1987. He has successfully established his business in the field of Clearing, Forwarding, Shipping and Transport under the name and style ‘MERIDIAN FREIGHT FORWARDERS PVT. LTD’

He has joined Lionisiam in 1988 at Lions Club of Gandhidham and served the club & society in deferent capacity.

His spouse Mrs. Shubhada Shetty is an active member of Lioness Club of Gandhidham and served the club as President in the year 2008-09.

The couple is blessed with a daughter and a son. Daughter Miss. Nikita is studying MBBS in Mumbai and son Akshay is in 12th Std.

Lion Ajit Galsar born in the year 1957 is a mechanical engineer and has established in the business of industrial electrification and palletized material handling contracts under the name of A.N. Electricals.

He has joined lions club of Gandhidham in the year of 1998 and has served the club in the position of treasurer and secretary during the year 2004-05 and 2007-8.

His wife Meenaxi Galsar is a member of lioness club of Gandhidham.

The couple is blessed by a son and a daughter. Son Nirav has done B. Tech in mechanical engineering and will be doing MBA. Daughter Shikha is studying in 3rd year MBBS in Pune.
